What should I include in the message?
Your site URL, what you sell, where your customers are, and the one thing that frustrates you most right now. That is enough for me to give you a useful first answer.
Do you offer free audits?
I record a 10 minute video covering the three biggest issues I can see from the outside. That is free. The full audit is paid because it takes two to three days.
What is your minimum engagement?
One off audits start at 1,200. Retainers start at 1,800 a month with a three month minimum, because nothing meaningful happens in four weeks.
How soon will I hear back?
Within one business day. I answer these myself, so the reply comes from the person who would actually do the work. If I am at capacity, or search is not the right spend for you right now, that is what the reply will say.
Are you taking on new clients?
I keep six to eight accounts at a time on purpose, so nothing sits in a queue for three weeks. There are two openings for new retainers this quarter. One off audits I can usually start sooner than that.
