On-page SEO

Pages rebuilt around what buyers actually type

Titles, headings, internal links and copy rewritten page by page, so every page has one clear job and stops competing with the one next to it.

The problem

Impressions going up, clicks going nowhere

Search Console shows the page is being seen. Nobody is clicking, and the ones who do leave. That is almost always a mismatch between what the page says and what the person was looking for.

Two pages chasing one term

When a category page and a blog post both target the same phrase, Google picks one and it is usually the wrong one. Keyword mapping decides which page owns which term before anything gets written.

Titles written for nobody

Titles that read like a filing system, and meta descriptions left on the theme default. These are the cheapest wins on most sites and they are almost always sitting untouched.

03

Copy that answers the wrong question

A page about your process when the searcher wanted a price. The words are fine, they are just aimed at a different person than the one arriving.

How I fix it
3.9x Organic revenue growth for a Shopify skincare brand across 14 months
22 Collection pages rewritten in a single ecommerce engagement
-71% Duplicate URLs removed by fixing canonicals and templates
4 to 6 Months before competitive commercial terms usually move

Figures come from client accounts between 2023 and 2026. On-page work compounds, so the curve is slow for two months and then steep.

Keyword mapping

One page, one job, decided before anyone writes

I map every commercial term you care about to exactly one URL. That map is the thing we argue about, and once it is settled the writing is straightforward.

Every target term assigned to a single page so nothing competes
Search intent checked against what is actually ranking today
Gaps flagged where you need a page that does not exist yet
Pages marked for merging, redirecting or leaving alone

Internal links

The cheapest ranking lever most sites never pull

Your money pages are usually buried four clicks deep with nothing pointing at them. Internal links are entirely within your control and cost nothing to change.

Authority routed from your strongest pages to the ones that sell
Anchor text that describes the destination instead of saying click here
Orphan pages found and linked, or removed if they earn nothing
A link plan your team can follow on every new post

How we work

How an on-page engagement runs

STEP 01

Map

Every commercial term matched to one URL, with the overlaps and the gaps written down where you can see them.

STEP 02

Rewrite

Titles, meta descriptions, H1s and body copy rebuilt on the pages closest to revenue first.

STEP 03

Link

Internal links restructured so the pages you care about are the easiest ones to reach.

STEP 04

Measure

Clicks and position tracked per page, so we know which rewrites worked rather than guessing.

We had 4 pages doing all the work and 90 doing nothing. Camille found it in the first week, rewrote the service pages, and our calls from Google went up every month after that.

On-page questions I get asked

Either. If you have a writer, I hand over briefs with the term, the intent, the structure and the internal links to include. If you do not, I write it. Briefs are cheaper and usually better, because your writer knows your business.

Two to six, depending on length and how much research each one needs. A product category page is faster than a technical service page that needs three conversations with your team first.

Only where there is a real gain, and never without a redirect map. Changing a URL resets some of what the page has earned, so it has to be worth it. Most of the time I leave the URL and rebuild what is on it.

Some pages wobble for two to three weeks while Google re-evaluates them. I track every rewritten page and roll one back if it has genuinely lost ground after a month, which is rare but does happen.

Want to know which pages are wasting their impressions?

Send me your URL. I will record a 10 minute walkthrough of the three pages I would rewrite first and why.
